Shipping
Orders are shipped within the United States. Please allow 8–10 business days for processing. Our standard shipping rate is $6.99 per order. Promotional shipping offers may have separate terms.

Returns and Replacements
Due to the personal nature of our products, opened or used products cannot be returned or exchanged. If an item arrives damaged, please contact us and provide photographs of the product and packaging. Once the damaged item is returned and received, Simply Crafted will provide a replacement.
