At House Simply Crafted, each product is thoughtfully handcrafted and prepared specifically for our customers. Because of the nature of our products, all sales are final.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless your order arrives with a confirmed damaged product or an incorrect product.

Opened products cannot be returned or exchanged due to the nature of our body care and fragrance products.

Damaged Products

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and provide:

- Your order number

- Photographs of the damaged product

- Photographs of the packaging, including any visible shipping damage

We will review the information and determine the appropriate resolution.

Incorrect Products

If you receive an incorrect product, please contact us with your order number and photographs of the item received. We will review the issue and, when confirmed, provide the appropriate resolution.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued for approved claims involving confirmed damaged or incorrect products. Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by an error on the part of House Simply Crafted.

Final Sale

By placing an order with House Simply Crafted, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and accepted our all-sales-final policy.
