Returns & Refunds Policy

All Sales Are Final

House Simply Crafted does not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or the wrong product was received.

For the safety, quality, and integrity of our products, opened packages cannot be returned under any circumstances.

We ask that you please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged Products

If your product arrives damaged, please contact us promptly and provide photographic proof of the damage.

We will review the photographs and, when the damage is confirmed, work with you to provide an appropriate replacement or resolution.

Incorrect Product Received

If you receive the wrong product, please contact us and provide photographs of the item received.

Once the incorrect product is returned to House Simply Crafted, we will replace it with the correct product.

Before Your Order Leaves Our House

We take care to make sure your order is correct before it is shipped.

Each order is double-checked for the product, fragrance, quantity, and packaging before it leaves House Simply Crafted. Our goal is to make sure what you ordered is exactly what arrives at your door.

Please Note

We cannot accept returns simply because a customer changes their mind, does not prefer a fragrance, or no longer wants the product.

Because fragrance is personal and body-care products are made for individual use, we encourage you to carefully review product descriptions, fragrance notes, sizes, and other available information before ordering.
