Processing & Shipping

Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.

Because our products are artisan-made in small batches, some items may require additional preparation time. We believe your order is worth the wait, and we take care to ensure that each product is prepared, packaged, and ready to make its journey to you.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information when available.

Please Note

Shipping times begin after your order has been processed. Carrier delays that occur after an order has shipped are outside of House Simply Crafted's control.

We encourage customers to provide a secure and accurate shipping address at checkout. House Simply Crafted is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with photographs of the damaged package and products so that we can review the situation and determine the appropriate resolution.
